Or “this is a unique floor plan that I really like.” Even if you have another builder, we offer consulting on your floor plan to think through all the little details, so you don’t kick yourself when you move in and it’s too late. We love a lot about home building, but how a home flows is the single most important thing in our opinion. We obsess over every detail with the architect/draftsman to be certain that our floor plans are the best in town.
